Il veille \u00e0 la mise en \u0153uvre du plan strat\u00e9gique, au respect des textes et au contr\u00f4le de la gestion administrative et financi\u00e8re.<\/p><p><b>Composition<\/b>\u00a0: Cinq (5) membres \u00e9lus par l\u2019Assembl\u00e9e G\u00e9n\u00e9rale pour un mandat de quatre (4) ans, renouvelable une seule fois.
